ENSIS-RIe Sheet and Tube Processing Centre
The ENSIS-3015RIe pairs Amada's variable-beam ENSIS fiber source with a Rotary Index unit, so one machine handles flat sheet and profiles up to 220 mm in diameter. Both chucks are driven, which stops square and rectangular tube from twisting, and Amada quotes a sheet-to-tube changeover of about five minutes. A shuttle table, a 16-station nozzle changer and wide side doors are part of the standard machine.
