High-Speed Paper Bowl Forming Machine
The RD-XLF116W forms large paper bowls for soup, noodles and deli food at 100-120 pieces per minute. The forming dies sit on the table top while the cam-indexed gear drive runs enclosed underneath with spray lubrication, so the tooling area stays easy to clean. Paper is fed by servo, every step is tracked by photocells, and an optional vision system rejects faulty bowls.
