VAREX II
Each VAREX II is configured to order from a modular set of extruders, dies and winders. One line can cover food-contact and non-food consumer packaging, industrial film, and specialties such as barrier, sticky, MDO-stretched and very wide film. W&H cites 8 µm HDPE liner film and 11-layer barrier film with a 1 µm EVOH layer as examples, and the line is run through the procontrol operating system.
