FT 700

FT 700 Punch & Die Tilting Thermoforming Machine

The FT 700 forms and trims the parts in the mould, then tilts the lower platen to pass them to the stacker, which suits cups and tubs that need tight cut tolerances. It is rated for up to 45 cycles per minute on sheet up to 750 mm wide, with an HTS energy-saving heater, high-speed plug motion and clamping force monitoring. WM offers four stackers for it, from a downward multi-stacker for lids to roto and blow stackers for deep cups.
